1) I see a login screen on my app and unable to get it
Answer: If you see the below login issue, please follow the below instructions. Some devices are occasionally getting this issue and we are working to get it resolved
Steps to resolve the login issue:
Apple device
Please follow the below step to force close the app and then again start
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137
Then it should not need any login/pwd and auto login.
Android device
Please go to settings->Application Manager-> Force close the app
Then restart the app and it should do auto-login. On some devices we are facing this issue
